The department places a strong emphasis on creating a bridge between academia and industry and so that our students can widen their perspectives and find a suitable profession in biotechnology industry. Presently, three well qualified teaching faculty are working in the department. The university has sanctioned 32 seats in a batch.

The mission of Biotechnology Undergraduate department is to provide a comprehensive education that integrates theoretical knowledge with practical skills in Biotechnology. We aim to cultivate a learning environment that fosters educational excellence, interdisciplinary collaborations, research initiatives and partnerships with industry and research organizations.
